Business inquiries

When you submit a business inquiry, Gramin Kriti Technologies records your name, company, email, selected service, message and the time of your consent and submission. These details support reviewing and responding to your inquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Talent registrations

If you register as a volunteer, contributor or experienced woman returning to work, we record your signed-in account identifier and email, contact details, skills, work history, examples, location, availability, working preferences, equipment and connectivity information, optional support preferences and portfolio link. We also record your résumé if uploaded, compensation information you choose to disclose, English answers and scores, writing sample, consent, declaration and review status. Your email comes from your signed-in account; employment and other profile information is self-declared until reviewed.

Purpose and review

Registration information is used to assess assignment fit, review experience and communication, organise the resource pool and contact you. Last gross pay is background information, not a capability score; you may choose not to disclose it. Reading and grammar are scored automatically. Writing, speaking and experience require human review. This is not a certified language assessment or a guarantee of work.

Private access and sharing

Your talent profile and résumé are available only to your signed-in account and the authorised Technologies administrator. They are not published in a public directory. We will seek your permission before sharing your profile or résumé with a prospective client. Registration data is not made available to Gramin Kriti Rural through this website.

Storage and profile control

Website hosting providers process information to operate the site. Structured information is stored in the hosted database; résumés are stored privately and downloaded through access-checked routes. Your registration remains in the pool until you delete it or it is removed through administrative handling. You can update, pause or delete each registration at My registrations. Pausing stops consideration but retains your information. Deleting removes the active profile, résumé and its linked submitted assessment from the application. Hosting backups or technical logs may be retained separately by the provider.

Assessment starts

Starting an English check records a question selection, account identifier and timestamps. A check expires after 45 minutes. Up to three starts are allowed per account in a rolling 24-hour period. Unsubmitted attempts do not contain a résumé or writing sample and are retained as assessment-start records; contact us if you want all associated attempt records removed.

Your choices and requests

My registrations lets you update, pause or delete a talent profile. For other access, correction or deletion requests, use the Technologies business inquiry form with “Privacy request” and your registration reference, using the same account email. Identity may need to be checked before a request is completed.

Share only what is needed

Do not upload identity documents, bank details, passwords, payslips, medical records, confidential employer material or third-party reference contact details at registration. Support preferences are optional; describe practical adjustments without diagnostic details.

Website measurement

Analytics privacy details and choices

Optional first-party analytics run only after permission. We record allowed public page paths, selected clicks and successful consented business inquiries using pseudonymous browser and session identifiers. Names, contact details, résumé contents, form messages and full URLs are excluded. See the analytics privacy details for retention, withdrawal and internal-traffic exclusions. The hosting platform may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
