Website analytics and your choices

Updated 20 October 2026

Your choice

Optional analytics start only after you choose Allow optional analytics. Declining does not prevent browsing, inquiries or registration. Advertising pixels and third-party analytics scripts are not used. A preference cookie remembers your choice for 90 days. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent measurement even if permission was previously given.

What we measure

We record allowlisted public page paths, selected business, talent and shop clicks, and successful business inquiries where analytics consent exists. We retain a keyed hash of a random browser identifier and a random session identifier, approximate device class, browser language, referral hostname and filtered campaign tags. Country is recorded only when trustworthy hosting metadata is available; otherwise it remains unknown. Query strings, full referral URLs, search text and form contents are not stored.

What we exclude

Names, emails, phone numbers, résumés, compensation information and raw IP addresses do not enter the analytics store. Admin and talent profile pages are excluded. Signed-in administrators and browsers marked internal are excluded. Self-referrals are classified as direct rather than new acquisition. Security throttling uses short-lived keyed hashes of request identifiers; the original address is not stored in the application rate-limit table.

Cookies and retention

Only after permission, gk_visitor stores a random identifier for up to 90 days and gk_session identifies a session for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. Session-level campaign information is kept in the browser only after permission. These identifiers support measurement, not access to private records. Retention limits are 90 days for analytics events, 30 days for security audit entries and about one hour for throttle counters, with expired records removed in bounded cleanup batches when analytics traffic arrives. Hosting backups and platform logs follow the provider’s separate retention settings.

Withdraw and remove records

Use Privacy choices on a public page and choose Decline optional analytics. This stops tracking, removes local measurement identifiers and requests deletion of records matching this browser’s current identifier. Other browsers and already-cleared identifiers cannot be linked. If deletion fails, the website tells you; you can contact vedaansh@graminkriti.com for help. Pausing analytics does not delete business inquiries or talent registrations, which have separate controls.

Understand the numbers

A unique visitor means a consented browser identifier, not an identified person or company. Declined consent, privacy signals, cleared cookies, different devices and bots affect coverage. Automated traffic with known bot signatures is filtered, but perfect bot identification is not claimed. Saved inquiries are operational counts; consented conversion rates cover only the measured audience. The dashboard uses India time.
